There was a duplicate idea here that was archived, but this needs to be done! It’s crazy that we can’t link Incidents to Service Requests.

Ability to link an Incident to a Service Request

+1It’s possible for a Service Request and an Incident to be related, and should be linkable as such. All ticket types should be linkable to all ticket types for this reason.
