At present there is only the ability to link a child to a ticket rather than link a parent e.g. you have a Major Incident occur but you have to open the major incident in order to link your child ticket to it. There is no ability to link your ticket to the Major Incident from the current ticket.
I am unsure why this is the case when you can do this with the change process. Can the ability to link a parent ticket to the child instead of having to have both tickets open and having to link the child ticket from the major incident instead.
