Ability to open tickets in tabs within a single browser window

Please can the ability to open tickets in tabs within a single browser window be added, this will make working on tickets of the same type easier to view without having multiple browser tabs open at the same time. Other service desk providers have this functionality and I have found it very useful.

People have been requesting this for over 7 years on this forum and for some reason, Freshservice does not feel that this is important enough to put into a future enhancement. I have been working in ticketing systems for over 20 years and this is the only system I have encountered that does not have this feature. THIS IS OLD TECHNOLOGY!

Introduce the ability to open tickets in separate tabs within the same browser window  just like browser tabs. Each tab should represent an individual ticket, allowing users to switch between them instantly

With resources being scarce on devices at times, it would be super helpful to have a tabbed UI component available when handling multiple tickets at once. Going from browser tab to browser tab is a bit out dated and is not super efficient in my opinion. 

The tab headers can simply have the ticketID or brief title with hoverable text to allow for users to easily understand what their next move would be.

Accessibility wise - it would be best to have hoverable text, tab key navigation, or a custom hotkey option(s).
