It's nice to reorganize the categories, but we cannot organize the items themselves on the overall page. Instead they are listed by alphabetical order and are not helpful for our requesters.
If we could also have them grouped or put into sections by category , this would be helpful as well.

I would also love to be able to have a pop up or a text box to give an explanation of how we have our service catalog worked out. I can create an announcement but once on that page it is not view-able.
It would also be nice to have 'featured' flags for either new or common requests to bring them to the top
