Ability to Set End Date for Customer Report to "Today"

Currently the "Customer at a glance doesn't allow me to choose "Today" as an end date. I think this is an oversight as it would be important to see cases logged for today as well as historically.

Is this something that can be easily fixed?

Thanks!

Hi

It has been deliberately kept like that.

We now store the data in Amazon Redshift storage and all the data is archived on a daily basis and our API pulls & posts the information until the previous day only.

But if you wish to have the Todays data, you may use the Export CSV option

New Reports will bring data only until the previous day

regards
Vijay

The technical limitations are irrelevant to us as users of Freshdesk.  I would like to be able to see reports up to the current second, and don't see a reason why it shouldn't be possible.  CSV export is not a viable workaround.

Use case:  Our support team gets in at 0600 or 0700.  We have a morning operations meeting at 0930 where management looks at the reports.  We would want the reports to reflect everything that has been accomplished up to the point of the 0930 meeting.

This would indeed be a valuable source of information for the daily operations.

It is important to see if there are peaks in the current support requests.

Hello,

The report data refresh frequency is now reduced to 30 minutes on the Forest plan. You can visit this page to know about the difference reporting features available across all the plans.

Cheers!
