Ability to share ticket views with multiple agent groups at once

We can create ticket views and share those views to all agents, or an agent group. But its limited to just one selection. We would like to be able to share the view with multiple agent groups at once. This would save time from having to duplicate the view just to share it out with another group.

Great suggestion.

I’m wondering if this was always meant to be a multi-select dropdown option based on its label of ‘Groups’ so hopefully it’s just an oversight?

This is contrary to Dashboard visibility which is explicitly for single groups only:

(maybe it would be nice to also have multi-select for Dashboard visibility as well?)

We need more traction on this! This has been requested 6 years ago too and 4 years ago someone asked how to do this in the “How do I” section of this community. The 18 votes don't feel to me as if it represents how much it's needed. (I might be wrong on that last statement, but I'm just saying what I believe)
