Accessibility and 508 Compliance

I also urgently need an answer to this topic. I am working as a consultant to an Australian company who absolutely require that their solution be WCAG 2.1 compliant. I cannot propose Freshdesk as a solution without this.

To be clear, like Mr/Ms Goodall above, we only require that the knowledge base, as seen by the customer, is compliant. The back end does not need to be compliant.

Answer required urgently as I need to make a decision this week.

Frustrating to see no one from freshdesk respond to any of the Accessibility threads. This is very important to people working for government contracts.

Unfortunately, we have decided to migrate from Freshdesk and Cornell University has decided to implement TeamDynamix, partially because of its compliance with accessibility.
