I would like to have a direct ticket link when the ticket number is added in the description. You should be able to click on the ticket number and that will take you right to the ticket instead of having to search the ticket number and then clicking on the ticket.
Would love to see this implemented to where if I have a placeholder with the ticket ID set up in a child ticket template I will have a quick link back to the parent ticket all set up automatically.
