In Freshsales you have the possibility to add a parent company. This is very useful as all our customers (companies) is linked to a partner/reseller which also is a company.
As far as I can see, this is not possible in Freshdesk.

As of now, we do not have the option to create a parent company and associate it with a group of child companies. As a workaround, you can try using the Company segment option in Freshdesk which is used to group a set of companies by filtering them based on the company fields. Using company segments you can set the SLA policies, create Automation rules, and set the visibility for knowledge base.
However, we shall definitely pass on your feedback to our product managers and explore the possibilities of having this added.
