Local regulations require certain business details to be part of every email sent by our company. There is a fine for not doing so.
I would like a setting to enforce a formatted footer to be added to every email sent. This would simplify the email templates currently being used and having one place to edit the footer would prevent mistakes when the footer needs updating.

You can customise the email template under Admin -> Email notifications section. This section allows you to customise both the automated email and also the custom emails that would be written by agents.

This is great for company address but how can we also update a disclaimer? Can we add a text field to those automated fields?
