Add Agent Groups to the Data Sources in Service Items Custom Fields

Hear hear! This is something that should be made available by default. Unfortunately, we have had to make a Custom Object as a workaround for this not being available. This just makes administration messier (especially if someone forgets to update the custom object when updating the Agent Groups).
