please allow us to add the agents to the roles from the page where roles are configured.
This would easy up changes for roles greatly.
Currently you have to switch to each individual agent and edit his roles in a lengthy procedure.

Hoping this can become a reality. Just like groups, it would be nice to add agents directly from the roles list rather than having to do a CSV upload or go to each individual agent.
