Hi,
I would like a button/icon to open a modal/pop-up with options as below then enter an email address (Or addresses separated with commas) or search and pick a customer/agent and email a PDF of the ticket based on the options below:
Only show Customer Visible Replies, Notes, Activities, e.t.c.
Include ALL Replies & Notes
Include all Activities
Include ALL Replies & Notes & Activities
