Add attachment in my form for customers

Hi, how can I add to my form for the customer attachment field? Nowhere do I see. I need customers to adding attachments, attach files, for the my customers....thank you

Sorry for the pretty late reaction on this. Are you referring to the new support request form that the users can use to raise support tickets? If yes, the option to add attachments is already available on the new ticket form ( that's how we refer  )

We would like this capability (for the customer to attach a file) included in FORMS.

I believe you are referring to adding attachments in Canned forms. This seems to be an interesting ask.
