Add audio notification to Freshconnect discussions when tagged

It would be very helpful if an audio tone or pop up notification could be added to the freshconnect discussions when you are tagged in a discussion. The small icon # at the bottom next to the icon is not always noticed. Also even activating the email alerts is not sufficient as many people want to stay within the FD environment and don’t always have time to check person email.
