Add change and problems to mobile apps FreshService, this is really important to us, allowing us to track changes and problems on the move. Bringing these into the mobile app would improve our productivity

I would really like to have this, as well. Our team is quite mobile with over 20 different sites we support. Problem management in the mobile app would be a huge lift for us.

Change management is available in Freshservice mobile app. We will look into bringing Problem Management as well, in the future.
