Management wants to be able to list all tickets closed by a particular agent in a given week. I don't see any way to do this currently.

Add "Close Date" or "Resolved Date" to filter for ticket list
Agent performance report generated per agent for 'Selected Time Period' This Week will have a link to all tickets resolved. This may be exported to a csv as well.
