It would be very useful to have code blocks available in notes on tickets and other objects. There are times where I would like to add a snippet to a ticket and while this can just be pasted in, having syntax highlighting and formatting would be much easier to read.

This request matches my requirements but I feel like as its old its not getting the attention it deserves.
We use ticket notes extensively to write down all actions taken and more often than not it includes YAML, JSON, SQL, PowerShell, Shell etc. which would at least be easier to read if there was a code block option.
Having syntax highlighting as well would be excellent, but to get this request done quickly, just a simple monospace format would be a good start.
I notice that the edit box here on the community includes this feature, so we know Freshwork devs are capable. Too busy writing new themes I guess.
