Please see the attached storyboard. It would be extremely helpful if you added an additional column in the Ideas forum to capture the total number of likes.
It would also be helpful if you include an in-forum search capability so that someone can perform a search only on the contents on the forum they are working in and not across the universe of the Portal's content.
