It would be helpful to have the ability to expire a Topic that may be date relevant. For example, say we posted a Forum topic to announce a Webinar on a given date. Once that date has passed we should be able to expire (hide) the topic.
For expired topics, anyone with agent permissions should be able to see the topic, but it's flagged as expired.
