Hi, would be great if the API allowed to update the profile/avatar picture for requesters. Would make it easier to know who is requesting a ticket. This is available in the Freshdesk’s API. It would also be great if the photos was shown in the mobile app.

This is a great idea, especially when considering the ease of maintaining a single profile picture across the various web apps used by an organisation.
