Hi Luke and Alessio,

Escalation mail is editable and can be modified at Admin> Email Notification> Agent Notification :
1) First Response SLA Violation
2) Resolution Time SLA Violation

Use "Ticket URL" from placeholders to insert the ticket's link in the email.
