Hello Friends,
I have been using Freshworks for over 5 years. I run a service organization within this platform. We have a large amount of products within our portfolio and I need more slots for products.
Now there is only 50 slots but I need at least 100 because the nature of service is you need to manage all products that are discontinued, current and future release.
Also we need more slots in the Forms to match.
