It would be great to see a shortcut to "New Article" on the "New" button that runs along the top of the screen (Freshdesk Mint).
When submitting a new article currently, the user must then go back a few pages to get to the button to click "New Article" if they want to immediately create a secondary solution article. This could easily be resolved by incorporating "New Solution" into the top dropdown menu and by also adding a "Create Another" checkbox on the editor screen also.
