Hi.

Adding a Note would be an interesting feature to be available in Supervisor rules actions.

Currently, such option is missing, and I can see I’m not the only one with this need, so, here it is:

Please add the capability of adding a Note to the actions in Supervisor rules.

Upvote for this, I’d like to be able to add a note to advise we’ve chased for a response at X, Y, Z intervals and subsequently auto-closed the ticket.
