Add notifications for SLA Violations

As a support manager, I would love to both receive FreshDesk notifications when the SLA is violated and have those notifications prioritized above others in the FreshDesk mobile app. I need to be made aware of SLA violations outside of work hours and I receive too many emails for that to be helfpul enough.

Our intention is certainly to help you be on top of your metrics and make sure that the necessary SLA violations are being notified to you. However, prioritization of notifications is currently not available but we would surely pass on the feedback to our team!
