Add Option to Ignore Mandatory Fields in Workflows

It would be highly beneficial to have an option within workflows that allows administrators to ignore mandatory fields. This feature could either be a selectable option within each workflow or set as a default option, where workflows bypass mandatory field validation. This would streamline workflow execution, especially in scenarios where certain fields are irrelevant to specific processes or when bypassing them can save time and reduce repetitive input.
