Add option to remove "Customer Responded" flag

It would be nice to have an option to remove “Customer Responded” flag from certain tickets. Current workaround of sending a message or leaving a public note (which logged in customers can see) just to clear the flag is not something that suits my needs. I want to have an option just to remove the flag, without any other additional steps.
