Yes please ! Now for every onboarding request an HR user does, he/she needs to share this with each individual team member !
+8This should be in the top 10. Ticket Sharing has been one of the biggest pain points for us for the last 6 years.
We have shipped the latest version of Share ticket which can be used to share a ticket with either requester or agent to foster efficient collaboration.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. We do not have these planned as part of immediate roadmap yet. However, we will take this into consideration for future enhancements on the feature.
+1I know this says that the idea is live, however the original request was to also allow this to be done via the api.
Is adding the share ticket via api function still in the pipeline?
+5Now only if we could remove watchers without the need to do it manually. Would also be nice to add an open api for each.
