I was trying to create an automation to set ‘Used by’ for assets to the ‘last logged in user’ which is pulled from our RMM into Freshservice. The automation for assets only let’s you enter specific users for the ‘Set Used by’ action. Other actions in the list have options to use a placeholder and it doesn’t make sense to me that Set Used By can’t also use placeholders.

Hey @danapromethean,

This is a bit old and with no responses it doesn’t seem like there is much interest or activity in RMM integration here. I’m wondering how you made out? Even more so, I’m curious what RMM you use and how did you go about integrating? A manual export/import? An Azure Function calling APIs?

I’m about to start down the road to see if I can get this setup for Datto RMM integration, possibly using Azure Function, but have been trying to get some insight in to what others might have or have not tried. If you still do this would be curious to hear your approach.

Thanks!
