Add primary/main website link in navigation bar

 I'm sure that most companies using freshdesk have created some sub-domain, like support.brandname.com. All the company's customers are directed to this url for seeking support.


However, if someone goes there, it's very difficult for the visitor to come back to the main website.. www.brandname.com. The only way I'm right now doing it is the "logo" in the top left corner. My company logo redirects to my main website.


Wouldn't it be useful if in the navigation i can add another item saying "Go back to main website" or something.

Yes you are doing the right practice I also notice on https://weldingeasy.com/ that doing the same thing, Clicking on logo redirects to the home page is good practice
