On our website, we have several classic web forms that were created through Freshsales. These web forms serve to gather contact information from users interested in our products. The issue that we are currently facing is too many spam contacts. Without a built-in way to filter out spam, it will soon become difficult to manage.
My suggestion is for a reCAPTCHA option to be added to the classic web forms to limit spam contacts. This option already exists in Freshdesk and would be a great addition to Freshsales. Thanks!
