Hi all,

When tasked with, for example, customising the Support Portal for specific groups of users there are limits to how far you can go based on what is available natively in Freshservice.

This often leads Administrators down the paths of coding and scripting, targeting the USER_INFO table when making conditional arguments based on what user is viewing the Support Portal.

Sadly, ‘Requester Group’ is not available in this table:

So you are out of luck if, in your circumstances, you wish to leverage Requester Groups for your customisations.

So I propose adding that to the USER_INFO table.

I wonder if this is because a user can be in multiple requestor groups which may cause conflicts.
