Add 'SLA Time to Breach' Placeholder in First and Next Reply Templates

Hi,

It would be great to have a placeholder for "SLA time to breach" in both the First Reply and Next Reply templates.

This would help Agents better understand urgency and manage expectations directly from the response templates.
