You should add gravatar support automatically, so that it pulls in the images based on the email address.

This should be relatively easy to implement... and would prevent the need for people to upload their own avatars.

Was just about to feature request this. Is this going to happen?


would really help my team get to know who the customers are, male vs female etc.. rather than just a name and email address

What is the hold up? Why is this not implemented yet?
Is there a problem? Do you have another party which you are working with (politics)?
3(!) years ago it was planned? For when did you plan this 3 years ago, for over 4 years?

Adding support for this feature. Gravatar is a standard on other helpdesk platforms and other platforms like Wordpress.

Adding a Gravatar into the mix is a great idea! As of now, we rely on Tenfold's social profile integration feature to populate the customer's profile photo. Here's video about it on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hf4zrO7lrEQ

This needs to be implemented soon. This would cut the need to manually upload a picture.

Hi. Is it possible to display an avatar of an agent below of a solution post? There is a circle with the initial of my firstname but i don‘t know where to change the avatar. I have uploaded an avatar of mine wherever I could. Thank you for any help :)
