Can you please add the ability to create a widget that shows all of the Surveys that included a Short Text Response in a widget? I would like to create a CSAT Dashboard that shows only the surveys that the user responded to the survey with their own feedback.
I would really like to see the user responses on the actual widget and not have to go into view underlying data and filter through all of the surveys to find them.
+8Please improve reporting from CSATs. We recently begin expanding CSAT’s so that some are custom based on the original Service Item requested. We launched this, waiting a month to gather data, only to realize how challenging it is to pull data from the responses! They create some odd score based on choices made but you then have to assume a 9/14 means they responded positively on all multiple choice fields. You end up essentially having to open each form directly to review the choices.
Even an ability to export tickets with survey data would help. (Current export offers “Survey Result” as a choice but all it provides is the date a survey was submitted. Nothing about the responses in the survey. So, effectively useless.)
