Add system status panel to the FreshDesk portal login page

We'd like to have the ability to add a system status page to our freshdesk portal login. The status page would display our various systems, up/down status and any metrics we choose to share about the relevant system. This would help prevent/limit the number of tickets when we have a known issue. There are solutions for standalone pages - https://cachethq.io, https://www.statuspage.io, and https://status.io are a few examples. This could probably be achieved with an integration with an existing status page solution. A customizable portal login page in general would be nice even if this specific request couldn't be accomplished - at least we could include a link to our own status page before login if nothing else

I agree this would be very nice to have. its a very critical component of HelpDesk Support and should be integrated right away.

If you're on the Estate plan , you'd be able to customise the look and feel of the portal and include widgets of your choice using portal customisation feature.
