Can adding (or removing) a tag trigger an automation or Webhook? We're trying to get our tags in Freshdesk to sync with those in Hubspot. Ideally this would be a customer tag, and not the tags within the tickets. But ticket tag would likely work.
If we change our tag in Freshdesk, we'd like it to then change in Hubspot via Webhook or even via the API.
Any help would be appreciated.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
In Freshdesk we would not be able to capture the tag event using automations to trigger a webhook as of now. We are happy to explore the possibilities of this feature being picked up. Kindly note that new enhancements are taken up based on the feasibility and implemented based on the number of asks.
