Add tags during ticket creation

Hi,


Is it possible to have the tags field added to the new ticket creation form? It's a bit of a pain having the extra step for service desk guys to add tags after the ticket is created.

You can add tags while creating a new ticket. You can also create ticket templates that would help agents to pre-fill a ticket form in a single click.
