Hi FD Developers,
We all know how powerful Tags can be (and how much of a mess they can be). The FreshDesk App for Field Service Agents is intentionally very light (as it should be for workers out in the field) but a big opportunity has been missed by not exposing Tags on the app for these types of agents. If you exposed Tags in the top area, this very limited version of the FD app now because a customizable super app! I highly recommend adding Tags to the Field Service Agent app!!!
Attached are the optimal locations to expose the Tags.
