Add the ability to fully read single-line ticket fields as a Ticket Collaborator

It would be good if Ticket Collaborators where able to fully view single-line text fields. At the moment if you have anything which is longer that 25 characters it will not be fully visible. It would be good if this field was at least selectable so Ticket Collaborators could fully see the content of that field.
