Thanks for posting this on our community forums. Can you please shed more light on your requirement? The global search now allows you to search for both contacts and companies in the helpdesk.

Hi,


It does but a natural thing is still to look in the actual Company/Contact area near the A, B, C and to just filter (AJAX) the current view.
