Add {{ticket.agent.firstname}} as a Placeholder

It would be helpful if you added a Placeholder variable to retrieve only the Agent's first name, such as {{ticket.agent.firstname}}.

      I found out by accident that this placeholder actually works even if its not present in the selector.

      I wonder what other placeholders are hidden there as well...
