Add ticket number to asset recovery tickets

We would like to add the ticket number to the subject line for asset recovery tickets in the Offboarding module. This way, when we send email notifications to interested parties that are not agents, those parties can have a reference to the ticket number when they have follow-up questions. As you can see in this screen shot, there is no option for Ticket ID or any equivalent placeholder.

It need to change the subject after the ticket is created.
