Add ticket summary to Freshdesk mobile app

Hi!

Ticket summary is a great feature that we use in our helpdesk.

It is perfect to summarize what has happened previously or what needs to be done next.

 

However it is not visible when using the Freshdesk mobile app.

Please add this feature to the mobile app.

We do not have it in our roadmap as of now, but would love to build it soon.
We will get back to you once we have an update :)
