I am pretty sure this functionality doesn’t exist in Freshservice but does in Freshdesk. Can we please get the ability to create a “Forward” email template in Freshservice!? I would really like the ability to append the Ticket URL by default to all forwards our of our freshservice instance.

Does anyone have a workaround outside of just having the agent copy and pasting the URL at the time of sending the forward?
