Add "Visible to" permissions at the article level

I'd like to be able to set the "Visible to" permissions on Solution articles, individually, and not just at the folder level. That way a user can see even more articles under the same categories/folders once they log in. As it is I have to have duplicate categories/folders, one for the public side and one for the logged in user side.
