Please allow us to use and save views with wildcards for tickets and assets.
Why? use case:
- We have Dell as our main assets
- Their models are called Dell Precision 5510, 5520, 5530, 5540, 7510, 7520, 7530 and so on
- I need a view there I can see all Precisions and maybe 55xx
- the filter would look like Product = “Precision 55*”
This would make the product much more mature regarding asset management
Currently I need to have about 30 different views and if a new model appears I need to create another view… This is not scalable...
