Add WIP limits for Kanban boards

As a team lead, I would like to have the ability to use WIP limits on individual columns of Kanban boards, and which are highlighted (red?) when a limit has been exceeded, so team members can visually see that a WIP limit has been exceeded to avoid start working on even more items.

Setting a limit and Highlighting when the limit has been exceeded, is good suggestion. We will support this at the earliest possible.
