Currently workflow automations are possible for
- tickets
- problems
- changes
- releases
- tasks
- assets
Please add also Agents and Requesters (all Users) to be able to trigger automations such as
- on change from active to disabled
- on update from sync
- on creation of new agent/requester
this would make possible a lot of new useful workflows.
